Representatives from Slovenian automotive cluster visit Transport Economics Centre

On 29 November 2018, Transport Economics Centre hosted the director of GIZ ACS, Slovenian Automotive Cluster Tanja Mohorič and project manager Dunja Podlesnik. Slovenia's automotive cluster, which unites suppliers of the automotive industry from Slovenia, contributes 17% of Slovenia's GDP and generates 20% of Slovenia's total exports. The purpose of the visit was twofold, namely to study the possible areas of future cooperation between the Transport Economics Centre and the GIZ ACS on the other, and the possible involvement of the Center in the project »Trilaterala«, which represents a joint development project by universities, motorway and automotive cluster managers of Slovenia, Hungary and Austria in the field of the development of autonomous driving and electric vehicles.
